Site work for a water / sewer project in S Zanesville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of: Larzelere Meter Upgrades ZMHA requires the Project to be completed in 120 calendar days from date of award of contract. This project is subject to Davis Bacon Wage Rates and is tax exempt. A certified check or cashier's check, payable to the Zanesville Metropolitan Housing Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and acceptable Sureties in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid equal to or greater than $100,000.00. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in the penal sum of 100 percent of the contract price, on forms as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Form HUD-5369, included in the Bid Documents. Submit Bids on the Bid Form provided. Each bid must be accompanied by Certification and forms as specified in the bid documents to meet the requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. ZMHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
