Collaborate with the City of Fayetteville Police Department to ensure the strategic placement of cameras at all properties, leveraging their expertise to maximize effectiveness in crime prevention and response. Propose a security camera layout for each property to the Executive Director, and install said systems contingent upon agreement by the Agency. Upgrade and augment the security system currently in place at Hillcrest Towers with audiovisual capabilities and full coverage for crime prevention and response. Train relevant office personnel on the newly installed equipment. The Fayetteville Housing Authority (Agency) requests proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced vendors to propose, set up, and install Internet Protocol (IP) audio-visual security systems at the Agency's three Public Housing properties in Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701 Lewis Plaza, located at 401 S. Lewis Ave.; Willow Heights, located at 10 S. Willow Ave.; Hillcrest Towers, located at 1 N. School Ave. Lewis Plaza and Willow Heights properties do not have existing camera systems nor existing Wi-Fi. Hillcrest Towers has an existing camera system that the Agency is seeking to upgrade to include audio as well as install additional cameras. The three camera systems will not only monitor common areas but also provide surveillance coverage of entry and exit points, parking lots, and other high-traffic areas.
