++++++++++++AWARDED PROJECT++++++++++++ Herman Construction Group, Inc. is requesting your proposal for this project. Project Description: This is a design bid build contract for NBPL-582 Tactical Computer Networks Environment (TCNE) 2nd Story Addition (FY24 Construction). The project location is NIWC Pacific, Seaside, Naval Base Point Loma in San Diego, CA. This project is for construction only. The Tactical Computer Network Environment (TCNE) addition is a stand-alone, wrap-around addition to the Type II-B CMU Mobile User Objective Center (MUOS) The addition is structurally independent from the MUOS building. A new vestibule and the lobby of the MUOS building is to be modified to allow sharing of the restrooms with both MUOS and TCNE tenants. The addition is designed to comply with the security requirements of Department of Defense Manual 5200.01. Construction of the TCNE addition requires sitework and a retaining wall around the back of the building. The work also includes piping modifications to the B580chiller building adjacent to the B582 TCNE addition. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information.
