Scope of Work: Furnish and assemble all Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) including procurement, storage, delivery, assembly and placement, and removal of all packing materials for all phases of the Project. Location: 10510 Marauder Way, San Diego, CA, 92126 WITHDRAWAL OF BID FORMS: Bids may not be withdrawn by any Bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the electronic opening of bids. During this time, Bidders shall guarantee prices quoted in their respective bid submissions. A successful Bidder shall not be relieved of the bid submitted without the District's consent or Bidder's recourse to Public Contract Code 5100 et seq. QUALIFIED BIDDERS: Bidders must be currently established in business within the County of San Diego, with stock and prompt delivery service available within seventy-five (75) miles of the District's Business Office located at 4100 Normal Street, San Diego, CA 92103. The District, at its discretion, may ask for evidence in the form of dealer and/or training certifications, business license, or any other documentation the District requests to validate the Bidder's qualifications.
