Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Haven, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water tank for rehabilitation.

Project scope includes: Stripping/blasting and repainting the wet interior bowl; cleaning and recoating the exterior surface to a 150-foot high, 300,000-gallon spheroidal water storage tank. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder, and to award the contract on that basis. The contractor shall comply with the prevailing wages as fixed by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, in effect as of the date of the issuance of the solicitation, for each affected craft and type of workmen in Franklin County. Prior to beginning work, the Contractor shall furnish Certificate of Insurance, naming the City of New Haven as Additional Insured and provide the appropriate Additional Insured Endorsements. No work will be authorized until this requirement is met. Contractor shall be required to maintain General Liability Insurance in an amount no less than $1 million per occurrence, $2 million in the aggregate; Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount no less than $1 million, combined single limit; and Worker’s Compensation and Employers Liability Insurance, statutory limits. Contractor shall be required to maintain insurance throughout the performance of this contract.
