project awarded but source gave no awa amount yet. 2025 Water Plant Air Handler 1 Cooling Coils Replacement Project Copies of the Bidding/Contract documents may be obtained only at the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Removal Procedure: Isolate coils: Shut down pumps if required and valve off nearest chilled water isolation valves and lock-out Remove piping manifold headers and set aside to reuse if applicable Disassemble AHU as needed to safely remove coils Remove coils from AHU and remove from site Remove drain pan from AHU and remove from site New Coils Installation Procedure: Provide replacement chilled water coils Replacement coils can be provided as OEM from York or custom made. Either choice to be made of same design and equal or greater build quality Provide replacement stainless steel drain pan Replacement drain pan can be provided as OEM from York or custom made. Either choice to be made of same design and equal or greater stainless-steel grade Coils, materials, equipment, and tools to be brought in and out of building by means of nearest stairway or freight elevator Install coils and drain pan in identical configuration as originally installed
