Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
PURPOSE. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide asphalt shingle roof related construction services for individual roof projects on buildings throughout the State for agencies and CPV members. The work must consist of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of asphalt shingle roof systems. The scope of the contract is limited to stand alone construction projects, including residential buildings, on which the roof system is installed directly over a wood deck and ventilated attic space. This contract may not be used for other roofing systems. QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS.
