Pool Boilers for Chippewa Valley High School - Purchase Questions may be directed to Ms. Lillian Grayson, Purchasing and Risk Management Coordinator at purchasing@cvs.k12.mi.us no later than April 9, 2025. Chippewa Valley Schools is exempt from all taxes. A tax exemption certificate will be issued upon request. All proposals shall be firm for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the bid opening until time of award. All proposals to be considered must meet or exceed all specifications herein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid; to accept or reject any or all bids; to split the award to more than one Bidder; to waive informalities therein; or, to award the contract to other than the low Bidder. The Bidder, in submitting his/her bid, agrees to accept the decision of the School District as final.
