There will be a connection to the City of Boulder main waterline in Broadway Ave. 18th Street is a major thoroughfare of campus and city buses, so restoring the roadway to account for this high traffic area is a large priority. Scope of Services: This work will include open cut trenching, concrete restoration of sidewalk and roadway, asphalt mill and overlay, and pavement markings. Coordination with the University for roadway access will be a consideration as well, along with traffic control.
