Project contains 530 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 200,000 liner feet of centerline painting, 20,000 pounds roadway poly fiber crack filling, traffic control, casting adjustments, and restoration. Pavement, Crushed Aggregate, & Misc. 530 Tons of Asphalt Pavement 1,850 S.Y of 5 Thick Pavement Milling 200,000 L.F. Centerline Painting 20,000 pounds of Poly Fiber crack filling Casting Adjustments Removals Traffic Control **Plus Additional Misc. Appurtenances Pre-Qualification: Yes The City of Onalaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities in bidding The time for commencement of the work shall begin not later than ten (10) days after date of written notification from the engineer to do so, unless otherwise stipulated and completion shall be no later than September 26, 2025. Bidders Proof of Responsibility form must be filed in the Office of the City Clerk not later than 5:00 PM on the 17 th day of April, 2025 , and show sufficient financial ability, equipment, and experience to properly perform the contract. The Council s decision as to qualification shall be final. Bids will be accepted only from such qualified bidders.
