Renovation of a transportation facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at various Skytrain Station facilities. The goal of this project is to design a fit for purpose HVAC system that meets the requirements of the rooms being serviced; that is responsive to year-round temperature fluctuations; that improves operating and maintenance efficiency; and that meets sustainability requirements. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from qualified HVAC design is closed; preferred proponent is selected. Further update in fall 2025, upon approvals.
