Town File No. UT-23-26 File No. 54585-001 This project includes construction of a 0.5 MG elevated storage tank located to the east of N. Farm to Market Road 156 and within the future Hillwood development. Bidders must submit a cashier's check, certified check, or acceptable bidder's bond with their proposal as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the project with the Owner within fifteen (15) days of Notice of Award of the contract. The security must be payable to Town of Northlake in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Contractors for this project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents, in accordance with Texas Gov't Code Ch. 2258. Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds are required. Questions regarding Contract Documents distribution, content, scope, or other information presented shall be submitted in writing to Ron King rking@halff.com. Questions about Contract Documents shall be received by April 22, 2025,5:00pm. Answers will be provided in an addendum(s). No questions will be accepted after this date.
