The work is to include furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work necessary for the construction and other associated improvements detailed in the contract documents and specifications. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Parker County, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and payable to Parker County in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the proposal must accompany each Bid as a guaranty that if the proposal is accepted, the Bidder will execute the contract and furnish the required performance, payment, and maintenance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
