Reference Number 0000290692 1 The following is an outline of the scope of work for this project. Tenderers are required to review all contract documents for a complete description of the scope of work. 2 Work of this Contract comprises of the following: .1 Supply and installation of new heat pump systems including all associated mechanical and electrical work. 2 Associated roofing work for the installation of the roof mounted condensing units for the heat pump systems. 3 Selective Demolition / Removal / Repair of drywall, bulkheads and t-bar ceilings to allow for the installation of the Heat Pump Systems. .3 The scope of project is further described in the balance of the contract documents, including the drawings and specifications. 4 All construction activities associated with this project must be carefully scheduled with the Owner to allow continued access to the school and summer operation of the daycare and for the work to be complete ahead of resuming school operations in September 2024. 1 Performance Bond A Performance Bond, not less than One Hundred percent (100%) of the Tender amount. The form of the Bond shall be the CCDC form 221 (2002) Performance Bond, and as may be amended by the Supplementary General Conditions. 2 Labour Material Payment Bond A Labour Material Payment Bond, not less than Fifty percent (50%) of the Tender amount.
