Lake Winola Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Upgrade Contracts Nos. 23 and 24 consists of reconditioning two existing wastewater treatment lagoons, including new liners, and new underdrains; the replacement of the above water aeration pipe and the reuse of the below water tubing; construction of a new SAGR system, submersible pump station, several small tanks and chambers, construction of a new Soda Ash/Blower Building; construction of two underground process tanks and construction of a Filter/UV Building.
