Reeves Hill Booster Pump Station Upgrades. Final Completion: 240 calendar days. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Completed instructions for filing bids and sub-bids are included in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidding and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of "Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149, Sections 44A-44J (MGL c.149, ss.44a-44J)." The Work of this Contract generally consists of upgrades to the existing Reeves Hill Booster Pump Station including, but not limited to, furnishing and installing one jockey pump, two domestic pumps, one high flow pump, process piping and valves, motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs) for all pumps, exterior double door with louver, roof exhaust fan, electrical improvements including a new electrical distribution panel, and instrumentation and SCADA upgrades including a new remote terminal unit (RTU) with PLC. If selected by the Owner, Additive Alternate A includes the furnishing and installing of a new built-up roofing system. The Work of this Contract also includes provisions for a temporary pumping system to allow for select equipment within the existing pump station to be removed and replaced, started up, and tested while maintaining system operations to the high service area.
