to supply all labor and materials needed for the Pedestrian Safety Improvements project at Commonwealth Road. Bidders are required to provide a bid deposit of 5% of the total bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws. Additional information can be found in the complete IFB. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The Town of Wayland (hereinafter "Town"), acting through its Town Manager, hereby invites sealed bids from qualified vendors to supply all labor and materials needed to improve pedestrian safety via the installation of new pedestrian crossing midblock at the existing crosswalk near the intersection of Commonwealth Road and Old Tavern Road, Wayland, MA 01778. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of new signals, audible pedestrian buttons, conduit, posts, cabinet, and associated materials.
