The County of Onslow is inviting interested architectural design/consulting engineering firms, licensed in the State of North Carolina, to submit their qualifications for consideration to provide professional architectural/engineering/planning/construction phase services for the proposed Recreation Center project through the Parks and Recreation Department. Professional services being requested include: o Development of a project schedule and estimation of construction costs o Implementation of approved conceptual designs and renderings which reflect the allocated budget and County priorities for the facility. o Completion of schematic design through construction documents and specifications preparation. The Onslow County, North Carolina Board of County Commissioners is seeking qualified consulting firms to provide architectural and engineering services for a recreation center located in the County of Onslow. Attached you will find a "Request for Qualifications", which identifies the project anticipated to be undertaken by Onslow County during the contract period. Deadline for Questions: March 14, 2025 no later than 12:00PM The responsibility for getting the response to the Onslow County Purchasing Department on or before the specified time and date is solely and strictly the responsibility of the responding firm. The County will in no way be responsible for delays caused by any occurrence. Firms providing responses shall be licensed and responsible for complying with North Carolina laws, regulations, and local ordinances. The Onslow County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality, to reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Onslow County.
