The offeror is cautioned that the requirements of this bid can be altered only by written addendum and that verbal communications from whatever source are of no effect. The unit is one box that has a common wall; one side is a cooler and the other is a freezer. The common wall runs down the middle of the box, evenly separating the two units. This will be an outside unit with a thru-walk design that will butt up against the school building. 25 feet long, 106 inches wide, 93 inches in height. On the left side will be the freezer section, which is 24" from the left-side wall. The door is 36" and swings out and to the left. On the right side will be the cooler section, which is 24" from the right-side wall. The door is 36"and swings out and to the right.
