Pacific County is soliciting proposals for qualified Civil Engineering firms to provide comprehensive civil engineering and consulting services to the County. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) intends to create a list of qualified firms. The work to be performed may consist of preparing civil engineering design and review,facility structural design, and other engineering services for improvements and repairs to the county infrastructure and facilities as needed. Task orders will be used for each assignment. Proposals should demonstrate each firms qualifications and most recent experience in a variety of the professional tasks as described herein. Scope of Work Pacific County is currently extending an invitation for on-call transportation planning and engineering services. The scope of work for these services is attached, as Attachment A, and shall be incorporated into this RFQ by this reference. Schedule The following table outlines the anticipated schedule for this process. Issue RFQ March 25, 2025Last Day to submit questions to Public Works Director April 14, 2025Submittals due April 18, 2025 by 2:00pmCompletion of County evaluation and selection notification April 30, 2025Cost negotiation complete and contract execution May 1- 4, 2025Board of County Commissioners Approval May 13, 2025 E-mailed, faxed or other electronic submittals will not be accepted.
