Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
Heated Vehicle Storage Roof Restoration Project All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to the Engineer in writing. Provide rooftop safety per L&I and OSHA requirements. A. Employees must always wear high visibility clothing with company logos. 1.01 Clean existing roofsystem 7 days maximum before project start date by pressure washer at minimum 2,500 PSI for removal of all dirt, grease, oils, algae and debris. A. Ifmetal panel finish is Kynar 500 or the roof/wall was previously coated, please contact the Technical Department for surface preparation recommendations. B. Tighten or replace fasteners 1 size larger as necessary. All grommeted fasteners are required to have a stainless-steel bonded washer / metal hood. 1.02 Ruptures, splits, cuts, and tom flashings shall be repaired as needed. Blisters must be cut open and allowed to dry. Use a three-course technique for repairs to the surface. 1.03 Hershey coat fasteners with Tremco Solargard Seam Sealer. A. Air and surface temperature must be 30 degrees F and rising. 1.04 Three course penetrations using Tremco Solargard Seam Sealer and 12 polyester. A. Coverage: 30-40 Ifft/gal. B. Air and surface temperature must be 30F and rising. 1.05 Three course all horizontal and vertical seams using Tremco Solargard Seam Sealer and 6 polyester
