Renovation of a transportation facility in Gillette, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Project includes the removal and disposal of one existing boiler and select pumps, accessories, piping, temperature controls, and electrical in the existing Boiler Room and replaced with two (2) new boilers, pumps, accessories, temperature controls, and electrical. Work also includes replacement of VAVs throughout the building, ceiling and roof patching and select general construction work as further outlined on the mechanical drawings. Refer to the project drawings and specifications for additional information, scope of work, and details. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. 2. Prime Contractor to be Mechanical or Plumbing Contractor.
