Site work for a water / sewer project in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of June 3, 2025 this project was awarded to PipeFlo Contracting Corp in the amount of $1,033,695.75. The City of Markham is inviting Bids from qualified contractors to undertake trenchless rehabilitation of storm sewers, sanitary sewers and laterals at various locations in 2025. Bidders shall refer to the contract maps for the locations. Based on the closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection for storm and sanitary sewer pipes, it was determined that storm and sanitary sewer pipes and laterals at various locations require repairs / rehabilitation by CIPP full lining, spot lining, grouting and cleaning using trenchless methods. Sanitary sewer and lateral repair details and locations are identified in the "Attachment B - Sanitary Sewer and Lateral Repairs Priority List". Storm sewer repair details and locations are identified in the "Attachment C - Storm Sewer Repairs Priority List". It is the contractor's responsibility to inspect the sewers to confirm the exact location, severity, and required repair of each defect.
