The City of Canton (herein referred to as the City) is requesting proposal submissions from qualified vendor for all concrete repairs including sidewalks, stormwater structures, road resurfacing, and retaining walls. SCOPE OF SERVICES The City is seeking a qualified contractor to do all of the concrete work necessary in accordance with the current GDOT and City of Canton Work specifications. The city generally uses an outside concrete contractor to perform the concrete work throughout the city. There is no guaranteed minimum contract value associated with this contract. The term of the contract shall be one (1) year with the possibility of automatically renew for an additional two, one-year terms. The city intends to award this work to a single contractor who will work under the direction of the Public Works Department. All concrete work shall be in accordance with current GDOT Standards and may include pouring sidewalks, commercial and residential driveways, curb and gutter, and catch basin throats and tops. Project specific plans and dimensions will be provided prior to each project. Project cost will be determined using the pricing sheet attached.
