The Project Generally Includes, but is Not Limited to, the Removal and Replacement of the Existing Ballasted Roof System and Associated Accessories as Indicated in These Drawings for the Property at 9555 West Bush Lake Rd., Bloomington, Minnesota. Coordinate Work With Other Exterior, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Work So as to Ensure the Owner a Fully Operational, Clean and Clear Final Assembly. Coordinate Work With Site Work as Defined by the Drawings. Bids Must Be Accompanied by the Electronic Verified Bidder's Bond Payable Without Recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Total Base Bid A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, Each in the Full Amount of the Contract Sum, Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder.
