Double Seal Coat in place per PENNDOT PUBLICATION 408, per Square Yard Price for an estimated 9,610 square yards Single Seal Coat in place per PENNDOT PUBLICATION 408, per Square Yard Price for an estimated 38,295 square yards. 3000 Ton PA-2A Subbase 500 Ton Type AS2 Anti-skid 500 Ton R-4 Rock Liner500 Ton R-8 Rock Liner 500 Ton R-6 Rock Liner 1000 Ton (DSA) Driving Surface Aggregate-Delivered All quantities are more or less. A non-collusion affidavit must be submitted by each bidder. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the made payable to the Municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the success ful bidder within 20 days of contract award for in-place bids. Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $250.00 per calendar day. Proposal forms and specifications may be obtained at the Township Office, 7607 Chestnut Hill Church Road, Coopersburg, PA between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any proposals.
