Reconstruction of Final Settling System Equipment Rehabilitation PR-134: Reconstruction of Final Settling System Equipment Rehabilitation of Final Settling Tanks at the Port Richmond Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) with the following work to b done at the facility: o Replacement of the Final Settling Tank (FST) sludge collection mechanisms; o Rehabilitation of the FST interior tank structures, FST roof tees, and influent channels; o Improvements to related pumping systems; o Demolition of four (4) existing vents on roof of FST building; o Installation of lights under FST roof slabs; o Replacement of electrical and instrumentation components associated with the mechanical equipment, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) improvements; o Undertake code-related architectural improvements and o Exterior repair of the 96-inch effluent pipe which will require excavation above the existing pipe.
