The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York ("DASNY") has determined that its interest in obtaining the best work at the lowest possible price, preventing favoritism, fraud and corruption, and other considerations such as the impact of delay, the possibility of cost savings advantages and any local history of labor unrest are best met by use of a Project Labor Agreement ("PLA") on this Project. Accessible parking spaces, including striping of access aisles and designation signage. Accessible ramps with handrails; and guardrails where required. Light poles, footings, and electrical power to new LED fixture heads. Cast in place concrete site elements with architectural concrete finish, including cheek walls, benches, ramps, and stairs. Cast in place concrete structural retaining wall and footing, with architectural concrete finish at areas visible above grade. Galvanized chain link site fencing and gate. Grass lawns, screening plants and decorative plantings; site furniture. The estimated cost range is between $5,495,000 and $5,950,000.
