Renovation of a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Durham Public Schools (DPS) is requesting bids for quarterly or semi-annual air filter replacements and semi- annual preventative maintenance across all DPS sites. Scope of Work: DPS is requesting bids for quarterly air filter replacements for all sites (Attachment A). o Filters must be provided and installed by the Contractor. o Filters must have a MERV - 8 or higher rating. Filters may be pleated or polyester with metal frames. o If metal frames are used, they must be supplied and installed by the Contractor during the life of the contract. Upon contract termination, the Contractor must remove all frames. o Appendix B lists the filter sizes and quantities. All questions must be submitted via email no later than Monday, April 7, 2025 by 2:00pm
