The City of Cypress, Engineering Division, is requesting statement of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide on-call traffic engineering services for City Traffic Engineer, traffic signal interconnect system support, traffic signal operations services and various traffic engineering services on an "as-needed" contract basis. The contract term shall be for three years with the City reserving the option to grant two one-year extensions at the end of the term. The City will issue Task Orders for each project or service based upon a scope of services, project schedule, and fee proposal submitted to the City for its review and approval.
