Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, earthwork, irrigation, utility improvements, waterproofing of abutting structures, installation of all architectural site elements and unit pavers, landscaping, and all materials, equipment, services, traffic management and construction inherent to the Work as shown on the contract drawings required to complete the John Quincy Adams Park Construction Project in Quincy, MA. The Work shall be initiated on or around May 15, 2025. The work shall be substantially completed within 60 calendar days from the commencement of the contract time. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total value of the Bid in the form of a Bid bond or certified/treasurer's check. The bidding and award of this Contract shall be in full compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, as last revised, all Federal, State and City of Quincy regulations, when applicable in relation to Minority Business Enterprise, Women's Business Enterprise, Minority Work Force, Equal Employment Opportunity, and subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 149, 26 to 27H and/or any applicable federal rates. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids when such an action is deemed in the best interests of the City.
