The City of Quincy is seeking qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk Services for a Municipal Fiber Optic Project. The Fiber Optic acting through its Owner's Project Manager, ENTRYPOINT NETWORKS, INC. (OPM), is pre-qualifying firms interested in providing public CM at Risk services for the Project through this RFQ process. The Construction Manager will be responsible for working with the Project Manager during Shovel Ready Design Development to prepare a set of documents in conjunction with the technical architecture and operational information provided by the Project Manager for approval by Owner. The Construction Manager will assist Owner and Owner's Project Manager with the development of a design that best matches Owner's objectives as efficiently as possible.
