The City of Quincy aims to partner with a qualified and responsible company for the purpose of procuring emergency, preventative, and routine Marine Services, and all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, staging, trucking and supervision necessary for on-call installation, remedy, replacements of City owned piers, gangways, and docks. Firm bid prices will be given first consideration. Bids will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Department until the time and date stated above, at which time and date they will be publicly opened and read. Late Bids delivered by mail or in person will be rejected. All questions regarding this bid should be directed to Kathryn R. Questions will be accepted until May 8, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. The bidding and award of this contract shall be in full compliance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, Section 39M, as last revised. All applicable Federal, State and City of Quincy regulations in relation to and subject to the minimum wage rates set under the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law Chapter 149, _26 to 27H and/or any applicable federal rates. The City of Quincy reserves the right to withdraw the Bid; to reject any and all bids; and to accept any bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Quincy. Non-responsive and/or unbalanced bids may be rejected.
