Town of Franklin is seeking qualified contractors for the management and facilitation of large water meter testing, source water meter testing, and non-revenue water analytical services. Project: The Town is interested in contracting with one firm for a three (3) year contract, subject to annual appropriation of funds, to provide the Town's large water meter customers with meter testing and analytical services. The Town has approximately 250 meters that are 1.5" or larger and 8 finished water source meters.
