As of June 2, 2025, the project was awarded to Sandstone Construction but the awarded amount is not available Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, 39M, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes of constructing and repairing cement concrete surfaces at various locations within the Town of Franklin. The work to be performed will consist of the Contractor constructing and repairing cement concrete sidewalks and pedestrian ramps at various locations within the Town of Franklin. The installation of new granite curb or the resetting of existing granite curb may be required as part of this work. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
