Site work and paving for a civil project in Rochester, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes but is not limited to construction of a new 750,000 gallon elevated water storage tank. The work includes a new elevated water storage tank, an access road, tank mixer, site security, site electrical, SCADA equipment, and all other work required for completion of the project. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Commonwealth Engineers, Inc., 7256 Company Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46237. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. Prospective Bidders may also examine the drawings via the Web-based service of Commonwealth Engineers, Inc. at website.
