Water Wells Rehabilitation, consisting of cleaning and video inspection of five (5) water wells including all necessary labor, materials. -Rehabilitation of existing wells including cleaning, video inspection, flow testing, and painting. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the bid, made payable to the City of Opelousas, as a guarantee that the bidder will furnish all necessary bonds and enter into a contract if his bid is accepted. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570 and be licensed to do business in the State of Louisiana.
