The site is located east of Picadilly Road, south of 56th Avenue, north of 26th Avenue, and west of Powhaton Road (future alignment) with a portion also east of Powhaton south of 48th Avenue (future alignment). The development consists of approximately +/- 3,884.9 total acres which is anticipated to be developed with single family and multi-family homes, commercial, retail, industrial, and other amenities, reaching an estimated population of approximately 41,823 people at full build-out.
