Reference Number 0000382404 This request is for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) between a qualified vendor and Denver International Airport (DEN). DEN owns and maintains two material recycling yards (Recycle Yards, or Yards), primarily stockpiling processed and unprocessed recycled asphalt and concrete products. DEN has operated and maintained the Recycle Yards since 2017, after approximately five years of operation under a third party on DEN's behalf. DEN has identified the potential need to return the Recycle Yards to third party operations by an approved vendor and is evaluating potential models of operation to provide an effective return on investment to its stakeholders. The bidder is requested to enter into an operating agreement (Agreement) to upgrade, improve, operate, and maintain the North and South Recycle Yards for a minimum of ten (10) years as part of the Agreement.
