This is Phase 1 of the project and consists of buildings 758 and 959. Building 758 is located at 1059 Alton Way, Denver, CO 80230 and Building 959 is located at 9101 E. Lowry Blvd, Denver, CO 80230. Scope of Services: CCCS is seeking a company to modernize 2 elevators that meet all specification requirements and appropriate codes. The modernizations include new elevator controllers, door controls, hydraulic power units, fixtures, wiring. The modernizations will be turn-key, including but not limited to fire system upgrades, electrical upgrades, lighting, cutting and patching of walls.
