This PMT will play a critical role in overseeing the development of the Concourse C West Expansion. The project involves the construction of approximately 400,000 square feet of new space to accommodate a maximum of eleven new aircraft gates. Key elements of the Program include additional concessions spaces, additional deicing operations capacity, a basement beneath the concourse expansion area, a pet relief area and an outdoor amenity space for passengers. Scope of Work: The scope of work includes a wide range of services essential for the successful completion of the Concourse C West Expansion project. This covers program and project management, environmental services, design and baseline development, permitting, and delivery method evaluation. The PMT will also assist with program oversight, cost and schedule management, risk management, quality control, and community engagement, among other responsibilities. Driving need for the procurement: This RFQ aims to select a qualified PMT to manage and deliver the Concourse C West project effectively. The driving need for this procurement is to ensure that this critical infrastructure project is executed seamlessly and aligns with DEN's broader strategic goals, including Vision 100 and Operation 2045 plans.
