Reference Number 0000383332 Source ID PU.AG.USA.2386.C10364951 This Contract is for purchasing and installing a remote avalanche control system in the Mt Bethel avalanche path along Interstate 70. The contractor shall provide the Work at the prices and rates specified within the project budget below. The installation of Remote Avalanche Control systems intent is to mitigate avalanche hazard to the road, avalanche control can be conducted remotely and CDOT employees can trigger avalanches out of harm's way. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and to waive informalities or irregularities. By submission of a proposal, proposer agrees to the State of Colorado terms and conditions. Please clearly mark your response attachments. Phase 1 is to be CLEARLY marked "Phase 1- Technical Evaluation". Phase 2 is to be CLEARLY marked "Phase 2 - Pricing Evaluation". Submittals for both phases must contain the original signature page for that phase. Late bids will not be accepted. There will be a question and answer period. All questions must be submitted through online, identified above, no later than 5:00 P.M. (MST), April 17, 2025. Answers to all questions submitted will be posted in onlineby 5:00 P.M. (MST), April 23, 2025. It will be the bidder's responsibility to read the modifications and submit signature pages reflecting the modifications.
