Route 46, Bridge over Paulins Kill, Contract No. 001163470, Bridge Replacement, Township of Knowlton, Warren County; Federal Project No: 0046362, UPC No: 163470, PE No: 0220522, CE No: 2107524 Estimated Completion Date on 06/27/2028 DBE Goals for this Project 4% Estimated Range between $20,000,001 to $35,000,000 Contractors Prequalified in one of these Work Types are eligible to bid this project: 4 or 5 Project Labor Agreement Required: No The Principal Items of Work Consist of: Roadway Quantity Unit Description 1,583 T Hot Mix Asphalt 9.5 M 64 Surface Course 3,127 Lf Concrete Vertical Curb 753 Lf 3" Rigid Metallic Conduit Bridge: Quantity Unit Description 13,115 Sf Temporary Sheeting 8,130 Lf Cast-in-place Concrete Pile, Driven, 16" Diameter 303,349 Lb Reinforcement Steel 1 Ls Structural Steel 849 Cy Concrete Bridge Deck, Hpc 537 Lf Drilled Shaft in Soil 48" Diameter Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD Commissioner) makes an initial determination that an employer has violated the provisions of P.L.1963, c.150 (C.34:11-56.25 et seq.) by paying wages at rates less than the rates applicable under that act, the LWD Commissioner may immediately issue a stop-work order to cease all business operations at every site where the violation has occurred, and may assess a civil penalty of $5,000 per day against the employer for each day it conducts business operations in violation of the stop-work order. If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). Minimum Wage Rates for This Project Shall Be as Specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on File With This Department. The Attention of Bidders is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning The Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date Stated Above. DOT reserves its right to reject any or all bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 27:7-30 and N.J.S.A. 27:7-33.
