Site work for a mixed-use development in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The construction of a parent drop-off area and modification of existing parking on Hoylake Road and drainage and access improvements on the northeast and southeast corners of the school, respectively. The work includes removal of existing pavements and curbs and concrete structures, asphalt paving, concrete curb and sidewalk, gravel surfacing, signage, pavement markings, fencing, earthworks, drywell installation, manholes, stormwater piping, tying in existing drainage to new storm system, modifications to an existing retaining wall and landscape restoration.
