Engineers Project #1-0003-25 according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by J. Ronald Landreneau & Associates, Inc. and described in general as: This project consists of the installation of new electric hot water tanks at various sites throughout the Town of Mamou. Each installation shall include but is not limited to new service connections, electrical hook ups, and all necessary fittings for a proper working system. Further, all additional components that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances such as general carpentry (door removal, molding and trim removal and/or replacement, etc.), and touch up painting shall be included. It is required that on any bid for this project submitted in the amount of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or more, one dollar ($1) or more for hazardous materials or mold remediation, or ten thousand dollars ($10,000) or more for Plumbing, Electrical or Mechanical, the contractor shall certify licensure under R.S. 37:2150-2192 and show the license number on the bid envelope. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in the state, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality incidental thereto.
