Site work and new construction of a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the construction of a new 4 MG prestressed concrete water storage tank and 4 MGD CMU booster pump station at the existing Everett Road storage tank and booster station site. The booster station will include five (5) vertical in-line centrifugal pumps with variable frequency drives, one (1) hydropneumatic tank, and one (1) overhead bridge crane. Included in this Project is the installation of Owner-procured electrical gear including the main service entrance, breaker, major equipment panel, smaller equipment panels, automatic transfer switch, and 400-kW generator. This Project includes other various site improvements including yard piping, stormwater conveyance piping, electrical, and instrumentation and controls.
