The project address is 1725 Delaware Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921. The Lonsdale Park Improvements Project includes renovations and additions to the existing facility previously used as a public school; renovation of the surrounding site to provide a new park with both hardscape, landscape, and play equipment, and related site and utility work. Supporting Attachments include: CD Set 2025.02.27 Project Manual-SPA and CD Set 25.03.10-Bid Set-SPA 2.2 Site Access 2.2.1 The contractor shall have use of the project site for construction operations during the construction period. 2.2.2 Limit use of the project site to areas within the contract limits indicated.
