The bidding contractor is responsible for verification of all roof fascia and gutter sizes, measurements and dimensions. GENERAL NOTES: 1. If needed, the awarded contractor will be responsible for pulling a permit & associated cost. 2. Please include a $3,000 allowance for wood deck/fascia repair/replacement. 3. Please provide a $/SF price for plywood deck replacement. 4. All final dimensions and measurements are the responsibility of the contractor. 5. The Bidder shall provide two Base Bids. Base Bid #1 shall include prevailing wages (including all yearly adjustments) as defined by Connecticut law section 31-53 as amended. Base Bid #2 shall not include prevailing wages. The Town reserves the right to select the Base Bid that is in its sole interest and meets the requirements of state law. 6. Please provide an estimated timeline for start and completion. 7.
