Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Avon, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Avon seeks proposals from qualified roadway design consultants to prepare designs, specifications, permitting and related documents and services to comply with Town and CT DOT LOTCIP requirements for the bidding and construction of full depth reconstruction of a section of Country Club Road and construction of a multiuse trail adjacent to the reconstruction project. The Town of Avon reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the contract to the lowest proposal that meets the criteria set forth in the RFP and is in the best interests of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
