Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by bidder's certified check, as bid deposit, payable to the "County of Erie" in the amount of $365,000.00 (three hundred and sixty-five thousand dollars) Attention of bidders is particularly called to the Special Instructions and Special Specifications accompanying the Itemized Proposal, including but not limited to State and County contract forms, NYSDOL Certificate of Contractor Registration, NYS Vendor Responsibility Form CCA-2 A/B/C, OSHA Training certifications, Davis-Bacon Federal and/or NYSDOL Minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the proposed contract, and the schedules as certified for the particular contract. Minority Workforce, NYS Apprenticeship Program, Minority, Women, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals and requirements may apply. The successful bidder will be required to execute the contract and comply in all respects with Highway Law and local laws governing the awarding of the contract. Completion anticipated by October 31, 2025. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, if deemed in the best interest of Erie County.
